Older model. These steps are for earlier Vista models, before the Vista V2. For the Vista V2 or Vista V3, follow the manual for your model on the product manuals page. The model and version are on the white label under the frame near the rear axle.

Loosen the straps at the ladder lock, tighten them at the slip ring, and move the grey adjustment clip to change the shoulder height.
Loosen or tighten the straps
- To loosen: pull up on the ladder lock and down on the webbing.
- To tighten: pull down on the slip ring.
- For a tighter fit: pinch the webbing, release it from the back of the slip ring and pull down until snug.
Change the shoulder height
- Detach the grey adjustment clip from the harness attachment loop.
- Reattach it to the loop that best fits your child.
Good to know
A worn harness The harness is a safety part. If it is worn, frayed or will not adjust, replace it. Harnesses are available as spare parts.
