Yes. The Minu V3 is suitable from birth as sold. The infant insert is included, and the seat has a from-birth recline.
Car to pram
The Mesa capsule fits the Minu V3 with the Minu V3 Mesa adapter. No other brand of capsule fits the Minu V3.
Minu Duo
The Minu Duo is also suitable from birth, on both seats.
