Register on the product registration page. It takes about two minutes. Registering does not change your warranty: your pram has three years whether you register it or not.
Why register
- Your receipt is held on file. We need proof of purchase before any warranty claim can be processed, so registering with your receipt attached means a later claim does not wait on it.
- If there is ever a safety notice or recall on your product, we can contact you directly.
- We already have your model, colour, serial number and purchase date, so a claim or a spare part goes straight to the right person.
How to register
- Have your receipt ready: a photo or a PDF showing the retailer and the date.
- Find the serial number (see below).
- Complete the form. Use one form per product: if you own a pram and a capsule, register each, as they carry their own serial numbers.
Where to find the serial number
The serial number is the line under the barcode, with the model letters in the middle, for example 0000VISXXXXX123456789.
- Prams and strollers: a white label on the underside of the frame, near the rear axle. Fold the pram to see it.
- Mesa capsule: lift the capsule out of the base and turn it over. The label is on the moulded shell.
- Mesa base: underneath the base, with its own number.
- Bassinet and RumbleSeat: on the sewn-in fabric label underneath.
Who can register
Registration applies to the original purchaser only, and the warranty is not transferable. A pram bought second hand cannot be registered by its new owner.

Good to know
Attach your receipt A registration with no receipt attached is not proof of purchase. We need proof of purchase for every warranty claim, so without it we will still have to ask you for one.
Still need help?
Lodge a request and our Melbourne team will reply within one business day. Include your receipt, a photo of the serial number label and photos of the problem.
