On a pram, the serial number is on a white label on the underside of the frame, near the rear axle. It is the line under the barcode.
Reading the label
The serial number is the line under the barcode, with the model letters in the middle, for example 0000VISXXXXX123456789. The same label also shows the model and version.
Where to look
- Prams and strollers: a white label on the underside of the frame, near the rear axle. Fold the pram to see it.
- Mesa capsule: lift the capsule out of the base and turn it over. The label is on the moulded shell, not the fabric.
- Mesa base: underneath the base, with its own number.
- Bassinet and RumbleSeat: on the sewn-in fabric label underneath, rather than on the frame.
- Travel bag: on the TravelSafe label sewn inside the bag.
Earlier Cruz models
On the Cruz from 2015 and the Cruz V2, the serial number includes the letters CRZ and is on a sticker with a barcode on the right of the frame, above the basket.
Next step
Photograph the label while you have the pram apart. You will want it again for a claim or a spare part. Then register your product.

Good to know
It is not on the box The serial number is on the product itself, not the packaging. We need it for any warranty claim, spare part or registration.
