Orders usually leave our Melbourne warehouse within one to two business days, then take one to seven business days to reach you depending on where you live. Delivery is free on orders of $99 and over. You can also collect an online order from the UPPAbaby Showroom in Braeside, Melbourne, if you arrange it with us first.
How long it takes
There are two parts to the wait: the time we take to get your order out of the warehouse, and the time the courier takes to get it to you. We pack and dispatch Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria, and orders usually leave within one to two business days.
After dispatch, the courier's working estimates are:
- Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 1 to 2 business days (2 to 4 business days from when you order)
- Brisbane: 2 to 3 business days (3 to 5 from when you order)
- Hobart: 3 to 4 business days (4 to 6 from when you order)
- Perth: 4 to 7 business days (5 to 9 from when you order)
- Darwin, regional and remote areas: 4 to 10 business days (5 to 12 from when you order)
What it costs
- Orders of $99 and over: free delivery anywhere in Australia, for everyone.
- Orders under $99: a flat $15, anywhere in Australia.
- Bulky items: no surcharge. A pram costs the same to send as a small accessory.
- Express delivery: anyone can choose it at checkout, and the cost shows there before you pay. UPPside Rewards members from the Toddler tier up get the express upgrade free.
How it arrives
- We ship within Australia only.
- We cannot deliver to parcel lockers, because a pram carton will not fit.
- Couriers will not leave a parcel without authority to leave. If you are out, they leave a card so you can rearrange delivery or collection with them. To give authority to leave, set it up with the courier using your tracking link.
- An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, with different tracking links and arrival dates. One tracking number going quiet does not mean the rest of your order is lost.
- Check the carton before you sign. If it arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before you open it.
Tracking your order
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Allow about 24 hours for the courier's system to show the first movement.
If tracking has not moved in three business days, lodge a request with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.
Collecting your order
Online orders can be collected from the UPPAbaby Showroom in Braeside, Melbourne, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm. Collection must be arranged in advance: call our customer service team before you come. The number is on uppababy.com.au.
An order for collection goes through the usual one to two business day dispatch before it is ready to collect.
Good to know
Busy periods take longer Delivery times are the courier's estimates, not guarantees, and they stretch around Black Friday and in the weeks before Christmas.
