Order genuine parts from spare parts on uppababy.com.au. Parts are version specific, so check the model and version on the white label near the rear axle before you order.
Find your model and version
Parts change between versions, and the difference often cannot be seen in a photo of the part. A Vista V2 wheel does not fit a Vista V3, and a Cruz V2 canopy does not fit a Cruz V3.
- Fold the pram and look at the underside of the frame near the rear axle.
- Find the white label. It shows the model, the version and the serial number.
- Take a photo of it and keep it on your phone for next time.
Order the part
Browse spare parts and check the product description names your model and version. Wheels, canopies, harnesses, bumper bars, baskets, rain shields and replacement fabrics are all available.
Your product manual has diagrams with the name of each part, which helps you find the right one.
Not sure which part?
Lodge a request with a photo of the white label, plus a photo of the part you need and where it attaches. We would rather confirm it with you than have you return the wrong part.
If you cannot find a part for a V3 model online, lodge a request and we will help you get it.
Wear or warranty?
Normal wear is a part you buy: tyres worn by kerbs and gravel, a canopy faded after a few summers, or a harness marked by food and sunscreen.
A part that failed early or in an odd way may be a manufacturing defect. Prams have three years of warranty and most accessories two. If a wheel bearing has gone at eight months, do not buy a wheel: make a warranty claim instead.
Parts we do not sell
Fitting non-genuine parts is worth thinking twice about: repairs or changes made by a third party void the warranty.
- Frame parts. If a frame is bent or cracked, stop using the pram and lodge a request with photos.
- Brake kits. Brakes are repaired by authorised repairers, at a free Tune-Up Day or by our head office. If a brake is not holding, stop using the pram and lodge a request.
- Capsule shells and harnesses. A Mesa capsule or base that has been in a vehicle accident goes through the Crash Exchange Program.
- Parts for anything that has been in a vehicle accident.
Or bring it to a Tune-Up Day
If you are not sure a part needs replacing, a free Tune-Up Day often fixes it with an adjustment. It takes about fifteen minutes, and anyone with an UPPAbaby pram can come, wherever it was bought.
Short films on fitting some common parts, such as the locking latch, are on How-to videos. To order a V3 locking latch, lodge a request with a photo of the white label.
