Yes. The Vista V3 folds with the toddler seat attached, as long as the seat faces forward, away from you. Recline it to the second most upright position and close the canopy first.
What must come off first
The bassinet, a RumbleSeat and a Mesa capsule must come off before you fold. To remove the bassinet, press the release buttons on both sides and lift it straight up. A PiggyBack board can stay on in its folded-up position.

If the seat is facing you, turn it to face forward before you fold. In the UPPAbaby range, only the Kona folds with its seat facing either way.
Vista V2 and earlier
On the Vista V2 and earlier Vista models, fold with the toddler seat facing forward, away from you. Raise the handlebar to its highest position and check the front wheel locks are off, as the frame will not fold properly with them locked. For a more compact fold, recline the seat to the second most upright position. The video below shows the Vista V2 fold.
Good to know
Bassinet off first The Vista cannot be folded with the bassinet on. Lift it off before you fold.
