The Ridge V2 is UPPAbaby's all-terrain running pram. The seat is from 6 months to 25 kg. Before 6 months, use a bassinet or the Mesa capsule on the Ridge Mesa/Bassinet Adapters.
At a glance
- Built for running, gravel, sand and grass: a long wheelbase and a front wheel that locks straight for running and swivels for walking.
- Tyres: never-flat, so there is nothing to pump up.
- Seat: from 6 months to 25 kg. It faces forward only.
- Weight: 13.7 kg.
- Folded: 49.5 x 65 x 91.4 cm, the largest fold in the range. Measure your boot opening first.
- Basket: 9.0 kg.
From birth
The Ridge V2 seat is not for newborns. From birth, use a bassinet or the Mesa capsule. Both fit with the Ridge Mesa/Bassinet Adapters, sold separately. The same pair takes any UPPAbaby bassinet from 2015 on, and the pram still folds with them fitted.
The bassinet is from birth to 9 kg, or until your baby can push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first.
Capsules from other brands
These capsules fit with the Ridge Car Seat Adapters, and only these:
- Maxi-Cosi Mico AP / Mico Plus
- Maxi-Cosi Citi
- Maxi-Cosi Mico 12 and Mico 12LX (manufactured after 20 April 2022)
- Nuna PIPA
- Nuna KLIK Plus
- Joie i-Gemm
- Britax B-Pod
- Britax B-Pod Lite
A second child
The Ridge V2 is a single-seat pram, so it does not take a second seat. An older child can ride on the Ridge PiggyBack Ride-Along Board, sold separately. It takes a standing child up to 25 kg.
Manual and support
The manual, videos and parts are on the Ridge V2 support page.
Good to know
Not from birth on its own The seat starts at 6 months. For a newborn, fit a bassinet or the Mesa with the Ridge Mesa/Bassinet Adapters.
