Which car capsules fit my UPPAbaby pram?

The UPPAbaby Mesa capsule clicks straight onto the Vista V3, Cruz V3 and Kona, and fits the Minu V3, Minu Duo and Ridge V2 with an adapter. A short list of capsules from other brands fit the Vista V3, Cruz V3, Ridge V2 and Kona.

The UPPAbaby Mesa capsule

• Vista V3, Cruz V3 and Kona: clicks straight onto the frame, no adapter. On a Vista, a Mesa carried underneath a toddler seat uses the UPPAbaby Vista Upper Adapter for the seat and the UPPAbaby Vista Lower Adapter for the Mesa. The Mesa never uses capsule adapters.
• Minu V3: needs the Minu V3 Mesa adapter.
• Minu Duo: needs the Minu Duo Mesa adapters. It holds one capsule, on the parent's left. The canopy must come off, and the adapters must be removed before folding.
• Ridge V2: needs the Ridge Mesa/Bassinet adapters.

Folding with the Mesa

• Take the Mesa off before you fold a Vista V3 or Cruz V3.
• On a Minu V3, take the Mesa off, then fold the adapters down. They stay on and fold with the pram.

Capsules from other brands

In the current range, the Vista V3, Cruz V3, Ridge V2 and Kona take a capsule from another brand, and only these models:

• Britax B-Pod Lite (Vista V3, Cruz V3 and Ridge V2; not the Kona)

Which adapter

The Vista V3 and Cruz V3 use the Vista and Cruz car seat upper adapter. On a Vista V3, any approved capsule can also ride underneath on the UPPAbaby Vista Lower Infant Car Seat Adapters. The Ridge V2 uses the Ridge car seat adapter. The Kona uses the Kona car seat adapters. The Kona launches in Australia in October 2026.
