RumbleSeat V3: ages, adapters and where it goes

The RumbleSeat V3 turns a Vista V3 or Vista V2 into a double. It suits a child from 6 months to 15.9 kg, fits the Vista V3 and the Vista V2, and comes with its own adapters in the box.

Where it goes

The RumbleSeat goes in the lower position, under the toddler seat. The toddler seat goes on top, on the Vista Upper Adapters. The RumbleSeat goes on the frame alongside the toddler seat that came with your Vista. It does not replace it.

Ages and limits

• RumbleSeat V3: from 6 months to 15.9 kg.
• Vista toddler seat: up to 22.7 kg.
• It faces you or faces out. Facing forward, the recline is limited.
• It is not a newborn seat. For a second baby from birth, use a bassinet or the Mesa capsule.

Adapters

• The RumbleSeat adapters are in the box. You do not need to buy anything for the RumbleSeat itself.
• The seat on top needs the Vista Upper Adapters, because any double setup uses the upper adapters.
• A Mesa capsule on top, with the RumbleSeat underneath, also goes on the Vista Upper Adapters.
• Lost or broken RumbleSeat V3 adapters? Lodge a request. The V3 adapters are different from the ones for earlier RumbleSeats.

Bassinet on top: not recommended

A bassinet on top with the RumbleSeat underneath, facing backwards, does fit. It is very tight, so we do not recommend it. For a baby and a toddler, the toddler seat on top with a bassinet or Mesa underneath works better: the Which adapter do I need? page lists the parts.

A third child

Add the Vista PiggyBack Ride-Along Board. It clips to the rear axle and takes a standing child up to 25 kg.

Folding

Take the RumbleSeat off before you fold the Vista.
