Older model. For the original Vista, see How do I adjust the harness on an older Vista?

Set the shoulder straps level with your child's shoulders, with no rethreading needed, then tighten each strap at its adjuster until the harness fits snugly. If the buckle sticks, wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry. Never wash or soak the harness, and stop using the pram if a strap is frayed or the buckle will not latch.
Adjusting the harness
The harness adjusts the same way on the Vista V3, Cruz V3, Minu V3 and Ridge V2. Your manual is on the product manuals page, and the version is on the white label near the rear axle.
The Australian Vista V3, Cruz V3 and Minu V3 have a press-button harness buckle. Press the button to release it. Some manuals on the website are overseas editions and show a magnetic buckle, which is not the Australian one.
- Take your child out before you change the shoulder height.
- Set the shoulder straps level with your child's shoulders. There is no rethreading to do.
- Put your child in and fasten the buckle until each strap clicks in.
- Tighten or loosen each strap at its adjuster until the harness is snug.
Every time you use it
- Always use the full five-point harness: the shoulder straps, the waist belt and the crotch strap together.
- Do not leave the harness buckled up when your child is not in the seat, as the loops can be a strangling hazard.
- Minu V3 with a young baby: use the most reclined position and the rear crotch strap slot until your baby has strong head and neck control and can sit with bent knees.
If the buckle sticks
Food, sand or sunscreen caught in the buckle can make it stick. Wipe the buckle and straps with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them dry fully before use. Never oil, grease or spray the buckle.
If the buckle still sticks, will not click shut or will not release, stop using the pram and lodge a request with a short video of the buckle.
Cleaning the harness
Wipe only, with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never machine wash, soak or scrub the harness: the webbing is a safety part and washing weakens it. If food or sunscreen has set in and will not wipe off, replace the harness rather than scrub it.
A frayed or damaged strap
A harness that is frayed, cut, torn or will not adjust is a safety issue. Stop using the pram and lodge a request with photos of the strap and of the white label near the rear axle.
Harnesses are stocked as spare parts and are version specific. A harness worn out by everyday use is a part you buy. One that failed early or in an odd way may be a warranty claim, and a free Tune-Up Day will check the harness for you.
Good to know
Wipe, never wash The harness is the one part of the pram that should never go in the washing machine or be soaked. A damp cloth and mild soap is all it needs.
